'You shall not commit adultery'
While we might commonly think of adultery only in the narrowest sense of being unfaithful to the marriage vow by engaging in a sexual relationship outside of marriage, this commandment of the LORD God really applies to all perversions of – all adulterating of – God’s original design and intent for the marriage relationship described for us in Genesis 2.

Are you guilty of murder?
Most feel they have kept this commandment of the LORD as long as they have not actually killed or murdered another human being. However, as we see from the Scriptures, this commandment is far more reaching than the act of murder itself.

Do you honor your parents?
This commandment of the LORD requires us to honor our parents (and all whom God has placed over us) as our God-given representatives.

Do you sanctify the holy day?
To despise preaching and His Word does not necessarily mean to hate it, but it is to count it as unnecessary or of such little importance that we neglect it and put it off. Instead of it being first and foremost in our lives, other interests and things always seem to get in the way and crowd it out.
